The apartment is on the first floor which has been completely renovated sleeping 4 persons in 2 bedrooms making it perfect for a family visiting Mumbles and the Gower. A light airy apartment offering contemporary living with an open plan fully equiped kitchen with breakfast bars leading onto the living room. Car parking which is at a premium is available for 1 vehicle and a 2nd can be arranged prior to visit.
The living room has comfortable seating with plasma TV and DVD player, there is an intergrated ipod station , wireless internet is also provided at no extra expense. The window seat overlooks Newton road and a view of Swansea bay where you can sit and soak up the Mumbles atmosphere during your stay.
